Someone asked me to meet at Orchid Hotel and insisted that I reach the lobby. I trusted them, booked a cab, and went there. As soon as I arrived, they deleted all of our chats. I waited in the lobby for almost an hour, hoping they would reply, but instead, they kept deleting messages and never responded.

This wasn’t just a prank—it cost me my time, energy, and around ₹400 in cab fare for a completely pointless trip.

I’m a student, and like many others here, I’m trying my best to manage my responsibilities. Whatever free time I get, I invest in meeting people and earning some extra money. Every rupee, every hour, and every effort matters to me.
