i have been using a site called infinite worlds which many people have created worlds and characters where you can make them do different things, gaining weight being one of them. i know its not for everyone but if people are curious and use only have a few goes to test them to see how they are, i thought they would be worth sharing. there a few worlds ive seen, 1 i have used a bit and have good amount of fun, others not so much.

so https://infiniteworlds.app/shared/WCzR9W is the one i am currently using which has both weight gain and inflation and if you pick the right rendering, it can produce decent results, i often use pseudorealistic cgi for image rendering.

these ones have had mixed results but have been fun.
