So ive been thinking about this for a while, and ive finally made my decision. Earlier this month ive started making edits as a hobby, and my first four edits were of youtubers personas. At the time i considered it “morally gray” even though deep down i doubted that. the reason is that we all can agree that deepfakes are wrong, and drawn nsfw of real people who never consented to being drawn in such ways also serves the same purpose, so we can conclude that it is as bad as deepfakes. Now what does this have to do with nsfw edits of personas? Well personas represent real people, and when you look at them who do you think of? Of course youll think of the person that it is supposed to represent, so making nsfw edits or art of their persona is just like making nsfw edits and art of the real person behind them. I have gone ahead and removed those posts from my account and i will never be making edits of personas ever again. I am deeply sorry and i will take accountability for my mistake.
