Has anybody else got the point where they no longer have PNC?

To be a bit more specific, since I started my sissy journey, I experienced what most sissies do, where PNC takes away all feelings of sissyishness, excitement, burning desire for Feminization, hunger for attention and sex, etc., but I'm at a point now where I STILL feel those things after I finish, they no longer vanish with my arousal, I still have those feelings afterwards.

More importantly i want to know, Is this my Salvation, or Damnation? 😅✌️😚
