How much does mental health affect PE?
Exercise and consistency are two of the most common things I've seen here that's in the top priority for progress in PE. As someone who has terrible mental health, how much does that have an effect on PE? I've noticed something while exercising, on my worst days I tend to end everything quickly or not do anything at all...but even then I still pump. I want to know if high cortisol levels affect growth? Or decline muscle or tissue health?
