I would love to tickle these feet especially Starlight’s nylon covered feet

Summary: Tix is an interdimensional tickle demon who wants to create a colosseum to put any two or more women in to tickle each other. But in order to do so creates tickle content to sell. She captures her victims and puts them in her tickle dungeon. Her tickle dungeon looks like a ball room and has a table filled with different tools. She summons in the restraints in the dungeon to suit her needs.   

Tix was looking through her all seeing ball to find her next victim she came across Harley Quinn, when she was going through more victims she found April O’Neil. She thought hard as to who her next victim would be and decided to go with both. She has never ticked two victims at once before plus she thought of an awful but fun game for both to participate in. 

Harley Quinn was inside a walk-in closet wearing a red and black mixed matched bra, red on the left breast, black on the right, black underwear, and mixed matched knee high socks, a red sock on the right foot and a black sock on the left. She was starting to put a jacket on until Tix spawns behind her, gives her a hug and disappears with her back to her tickle dungeon. 

April O’Neil is out reporting the news with a camera man filming with a giant camera with a tripod attached to it, until Tix appears and grabs April by the wrist walking away with her into thin air, back to her tickle dungeon. Tix throws down April and disappears. April looks up to see Harley Quinn with her hands chained with black fur around the inside above her head sitting in a comfortable red and black chair. Her sock feet are in purple stocks with a black fur around the ankles for comfort. She is struggling trying to set herself free. Next to her right there is a second set of the same stocks, chains and chair waiting for April to be restrained in them next. 

Tix comes back with the camera April’s reporter had. “I just couldn’t pass the free already set up camera. Money really does come a long way to getting what a girl like me needs. The best part is, I CAN FILM YOU TWO BEING TICKLED LIVE! My first livestream!” Tix sets the camera down and looks into getting it ready for the show, only to see that it says offline. She then picks the camera up and throws it at the wall while saying “OFFLINE? WHAT DO YOU MEAN OFFLINE? SON OF A FUCKING BITCH!” breaking the camera into multiple pieces. Tix walks over to see her damage only to find the screen on the camera to say “online”. She kicks the screen and shouts “AHHH DAMN IT!” She turns around with an angry expression on her face and looks at April who is sitting down looking at Harley and starts speed walking towards her fists clenched “You're going to pay for this O’Neil!” Tix yells. April looks at Tix in confusion and says “Actually the news station is paying for it.” Tix then grabs April by the throat and throws her perfectly into the chair, April's feet with shortened white boots on land into the half circles of the bottom part of the stocks. The top closes over her ankles and the stocks lock into place. Tix then walks over to April, cuffs her wrists to the chains hanging down. 

“So what’s the big idea anyway?” Harley Quinn loudly asked. 

Tix looks over while going in front of April’s feet taking her boots off revealing April's bare soft soles with yellow nail polish on them. “I am Tix interdimensional tickle demon. I captured you so I can tickle the two of you. I’m surprised that you would be barefoot underneath those boots to protect you from your well known ticklish feet.”

April looks over at Harley with a pout and tears welling in her eyes. “Aren’t you going to save me?” April asked. 

Harley starts to laugh at the idea “You realize I am in the same position as you right? So are you taking my socks off as well since you’re shocked she’s barefoot?” Harley asks. 

Tix replies “Actually no I like that you’re in socks I prefer to tickle feet in socks or nylons in the first place over bare feet.  It makes the feet so much more ticklish in my opinion plus some people's feet are gross to look at. Unlike April’s little piggies who are so cute! Speaking of April, no one is saving you except me when I get bored.” A camera comes down from the ceiling and starts to film. A long pink feather appears in Tix’s right hand. “I figured I would start you out with something familiar.” Tix said in a taunting tone. She then sits in the middle between the two and starts to use the feather on April’s right foot touching her foot lightly and softly moving it up and down the arch. Using her left hand she grabs Harley’s side and starts tickling it. Both are fighting not to laugh “Phfft phfft.” Tix moves the feather faster and moves her fingers deeper into Harley’s side. 

“WOOOAHHAHAHAHA OOOOH NOOHOHO HAHAHAHA!” Harley laughed abruptly. 

April laughed just as hard “NOOHOHOHAHAHAT AAAGAIIIN HAHAHA AHAHAHA TEHEHE TEHE HAHAHA!” 

Tix said “Oh this is going to be so much fun. Tickle tickle tickle!” 

Both the victims “HAHAHA AAAAHHHH HAHAHA HOHOHO HAHAHAHA!” 

Tix moves the feather to April’s other foot and starts tickling directly on her toes. She also moves her hand off of Harley’s side and a Q-tip appears in her hand. She starts attacking Harley’s belly button. 

April laughs “AHA AHA AHHA WHY ARE YOU LIIIKE THIIIS I DOONT LIIIKE IIIT HAHAHA TEHEHETEHEHE!” Her feet start shaking 

“HAHAHAHA HAHAHA FUUUUUK YOHOHOHOU! HAHAHAHA HAHA HA AHAHAHA YOU KNOW HOOOWHAHAW TOoOoO TOOORTHAHAHEHER! YOOOU CAN STOOOP NOOOOW!” Harley giggled. 

Tix stopped ticking April’s foot and Harley's belly button and moved over and sat on Harley’s legs. “I think you are challenging me. I can tickle you harder if you want. You want to know where I think you’re ticklish?” Tix sternly asked. She started to move her hands and wiggles her fingers up to her armpits slowly. Harley shook her head no and made a “Uh uh” sound. Tix quickly moved her hands to grasp onto both of Quinn’s thighs and dug lightly into them. 

“Gasp, TTHA AHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOT THAHAHAT NOOOOOOOOOHAHAHAT THAAAAT! Harley screamed while violently pulling her feet into the socks hoping to break free. April watched in fear. Tix tickled Harley’s thighs for about 2 minutes before picking up the pink feather and used the back tip of it on her neck tracing down to her right armpit. Making circle motions around it. Harley breathes heavily trying to hold in her laugh. Suddenly the left armpit gets attacked by an electric flosser. Tix pokes into the deep part of the right armpit using the feather. Quinn squarms back and forth trying to escape but Tix is too accurate and is attracted to her pits like a magnet. 

“AHHAAHHAAHAHA NOoOoOT THE PIIIIITTS AHHAAHAHHAHA TEHEHEHE HOHOHOHO WHEEEEN HAHAHA IS IIIIIT HEEEER TUUURNNN?” Harley broke in laughter. 

Tix continued for about 2 minutes before dropping both tools and using her fingers for another minute or so. She stopped and looked at April then back at Harley. “I’m going to get back to you in a little bit but first I am going to show you what I’m going to do to you next, on my other victim.” Tix said. She moved in front of April and stood in front of her and took off both of her heels she was wearing. “You know every now and then I just need to relieve my feet. Can you do me a favor April and give this a sniff?” Tix said kindly. Then put her foot in April’s face. April sniffed it and sighed in relief. Tix puts perfume in her shoes and lotions her feet with a strawberry scent. 

“They smell actually pretty good!” April said happily. 

“Ok now lick it. But not crazily!” Tix demanded. 

“I will smell but not lick!” April said shaking her head no. 

“Fine then back to my own fun then.” Tix said. She sat on the floor and took her heels scratching the tops of April’s feet.

“HAHAHAHA STOP IT CUuUuT It OWOWHOHOUT! TEHEHE TEHEHE (Snorts) HAHAHA (Snort)!” April laughed.

Tix started to lick April’s soles while tickling the tops of her feet. April’s feet shake and sway. Tix stops tickling and snaps her fingers together. Toe ties appear on the stocks and go around April's toes restraining them tightly so she can’t move her feet. 

Tix smiles and says “Better!” She then has 2 electric toothbrushes in her hand, turns them on and attacks the toes and in between the toes of April. 

April laughs “Teehee teehee OK OK OKAAAAAY HAHAHA HAHAHA WHEN IS IT HEEEEER TUUURHAHAN AAAAHHHHHAAAAA!” 

Tix continues for another 2 minutes before stopping and using one electric toothbrush on April’s right arch. Tix touches Harley's left foot until Harley notices the quick and fun attack. It takes about 10 seconds. 

“HAHA!” Harley bursts out. 

Tix smiles and attacks April's left heel. For a little while. She moves to other parts on both feet such as the sole, back to the heel then the arches then the toes sending April into hysterics eventually into her hyperventilating into laughter. 

“HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (gasp) HAHAHAHAHA (gasp) HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (Gasp) HUUUUUHAHAHAHAHAHAEEEEERTS (gasp, gasp, gasp) HAHAHAHAHA!” April sobbed with tears rolling down her tomato red face. 

“STOP IT! GO BACK TO ME YOU'RE GOING TO KILL HER!” Harley yelled. 

Tix stopped, looked at Harley, stood up and said “Oh so you feel bad? I’ll stop but you’re going to regret asking me to tickle you. I noticed that it took you a moment to realize that your feet are being tickled, maybe your socks are too thick. But I like a good challenge. I want at least one of you to lick my foot. But again, do it lightly!” She then put her foot in Harley’s face. Harley slowly licked the heel and moved up slowly to the toes. That's when she started sucking on Tix’s toes. She then started to lick vigorously in between them. “HAHAHA I SAID LIGHTLY HOHOHO QUIT IT!” Tix tried to pull away but when she did almost lost balance and fell. Harley stopped and tried to lick the sole but just as she got her tongue out Tix pulled her leg away and sat down in front of Harley’s red and black sock feet. She used her fingers on Harley’s right red sock foot and an electric flosser on her left black sock foot right in between the lower part of her toes. “You’re going to regret doing that now.” Tix said calmly.” 

“HAHAHA ITS NOOOHOHOHOT THAT BAD HAHAHA HOHOHO HAHA MAYBE A LITTLE HEHEHE.” Harley taunted. 

Tix stopped and pulled out 2,hair picks then started to deeply scratch both sets of toes with them. Then moved down the heel with them moving them up and down. 

Harley giggles “HAHAHA YOU COoUuHAHAULD DO BETTER HAHAHAHA HOHOHO HAHA HEHEHE!” 

Tix continues and speeds up the motion. 

“HAHAHAHAHAHAHA HOHOHOHO AHHHH AHHHHH HAHAHAHA ANY THIHAHAHAING ELSE? HAHAHAHA HEHEHEHE HAHAHA TEEEHEE TEEEHEEE!” 

Tix stops and uses her fingers to focus on the heels of Harley. 

“HAHAHA MY WEEEAHAHAHAEEKNEEEEHAHAS! HOHOHOHOHO HAHAHAHAHA!” 

Tix attacks the toes and the lower part of them then moves to her arches for a little while then moves her hand off the right foot and goes to April’s left foot going back and forth from toes to heels to arches tickling one of April's and Harley’s feet at the same time. 

April and Harley “HAHAHAHAHAHA AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH HAHAHAHA HOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO HAHAGA AHAHAHAHA!” Now in tears. 

Tix stopped and stood up and said “I like the double tickle, it's really fun!” Both of you are so ticklish on your feet but I can’t tell who’s more ticklish. Wait I have an idea how about I have you tickle each other's feet? I’ll give you a safe word and whoever says it first loses.” 

She snaps her fingers and a purple smoke goes around the 2 victims when it dissipates it reveals a long lockless stock. April is sitting on the right and Harley is facing  April on the left. Their arms are free but their feet are in the stocks facing their opponent interwoven with each other. 

“Ok the safe word is Gum. There is no time limit now, remember this will be posted for everyone to see and even though I already embarrassed you enough you will be even more embarrassed if you say the safe word. So don’t hold back! Another note is there will be no tools involved. Your both are almost more receptive to fingers alone. The game starts now!” Tix said excitedly. 

Harley and April looked at each other for a minute until Quinn decided to play this little piggy with April’s toes. 

Harley grabbing and wiggling both of April's big toes said. “This little piggy went to the market!” 

“HAHAHA this is embarrassing.” April said then started tickling the soles of Harley. 

“HAHAHA  you biiiitch! HOHOHO!” Harley laughed, stopping the game of this little piggy and pulling back her hands to recoup only to try to move forward with the tickling “HAHAHAHA MY SOOOOOOCKS DO MAKE MY FEET MORE TIIIICKLISSSHHHHH HAHAHAHAHA HOHOHOHOHO!” Harley yelled shortly. After a while she was about to get her hands back onto April’s feet

Both of the players laughed and continued for 2 minutes. Tix smiles while she watches this is what her dream is about two ticklish women using their weakness against each other. April knew that she would be most vulnerable if she stopped but she knew that she would be more likely to win if she tried to pull off at least one Harley's long socks through the stocks to make an equal playing field. April starts to pull off the left black sock by the ankle so that way the sock goes down to the stock. 

Harley screamed “WHY ARE YOU TAKING MY SOCK OFF? What are you trying to see my feet you freak? I’ll stop this.” Harley starts to tickle the arches of April’s feet with a single finger moving it in a circular motion, sending April into hysterics. April stops for a moment trying to compose herself so she can focus on the task at hand and continues with it until she gets to the next step. After 2 and a half minutes of pure torture she finally got the top part of the black sock to the stocks. April grabbed the sock by the top of Harley’s toes and pulled away at it hard trying to start getting it off. After a few tugs she got it loose and she started to pull it off while laughing uncontrollably.

When April finally got it off she said NOWOWOWHAHA IIIII FINAHAHALY GHAHAHAHAOT YOUR SOHOHOHOHOHOCK OOOOOFFFFFHA.  YOUR FOHAHAFAOT IS EXPHOHOHOSED!” 

Harley wiggled her toes and started to shake her barefoot so it couldn’t be caught by April. April grabbed onto it with one hand and tickled it with the other. 

“HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA FUHAHACK HAHAHAHAHA HOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO HOHOHOHO HAHA AHHHHH HAHA HAHAHAHA HOHOHOHOHO!” Harley screamed while moving her fingers faster on April’s feet. 

April laughed “HAHAHA (ghasp) HAHAHAHAHA (ghasp) HAHAHA PLEHAHAHAES SAY THE SAHAHAHAFE WOOOORRRRD ALREADY! HAHAHAHA!” 

Harley replied “NOHOHOHOHO YOHAHAHOU SAYYYYY IT! HOHOHOHO! 

Both women are in tears. April started to attack both feet of Quinn’s again. 

Both are laughing nonstop “HAHAHAHAHAHAHA AH HAHAHAHA HAHA HAHA AH HA AH HA AH HA HAHAH!” 

April felt something warm and wet coming from her pants and looked down to see that there was a wet dark spot on her crotch area. She had wet herself. “IIIII PEEEEEED HAHAHAHA! I PEEEDED!” April cried. 

Harley would look down to see that she was wet from pee as well. “OOOOOohoho! MHAHAHAEEEE TOOOO HAHAHAHA!” 

Tix stood up and started to blush with a tear in her eye. She looked at both her victims and saw the pain in their face from laughing at the embarrassment that they are going through. She said “You guys can stop!” 

April replied “NEVER!” In between a laugh. 

Harley Yelled “GUM!” and stopped ticking. 

April finally having time after a near 30 minute torture treatment didn’t listen and continued to tickle Harley. 

“AHHHH HAHA AHHHH HAHA AHHHHH HAHA STOOHOHOHOP HAHAHA WHAAAAA HAHAHA WHAAAAA!” Harley sobbed. 

Tix walked up behind April and grabbed both arms, put them to the side and hugged April, restringing them. April started sobbing the stocks disappeared letting April’s and Harley’s feet finally free. Both of their ankles were red. The camera turned off.

“SHHHH! It’s ok it’s over it’s over. You’re free, you're done.” Tix calmly said and let go of the hug. 

Two portals appeared, one for April and one for Harley who was sitting down both in tears. 

Tix said “You two can leave now.” 

Both the victims got up and walked limply away into their respective portals after crying for 3 minutes straight. The portals closed. Tix summoned a mop and a mop bucket and started cleaning the piss off the floor. Then asked herself “Why am I like this?”
