I find nudity looks nicer, it's simply more visually pleasing, do you agree? (Better version, might be long)
I posted this before, but I thought I did a poor job in writing this, so deleted it and decided to do it again.
I feel that nude body just looks better aesthetically, you can pick poor clothes and they don't fit, something doesn't work and you look bad, but I feel that is never the case with nudity, regardless of your body type, it just looks... right.
There is a lot of beauty in nudity.
There is something almost divine, powerful and spiritual about nude body, but at the same time... human, which is why I think it was always a focus in art.
As someone who is a fan of nude art and who did few nude photoshoots, I can say there is more emotion you can show with nude body than clothed.
Really if I ever go back to photography, nude art would be the only thing I would do, clothing could be accessories, but almost never.
I would really like to work with normal nudists, not professional models, it would be nice if both model/models and I were nude during a shoot, or I may even join in and pose for photos with them (It actually happened before.)
I also like how nude body moves, I understand why Eadweard Muybridge used nude people as subjects, yeah some parts jiggle, but you can see all the muscles working below the skin, with skinnier people especially, it happens you can see their rib cages poking out and I kinda love that, especially in nude photos it can really add to the picture, but really, all the little shadows and curves do that.
I also like how you can decorate your body, tattoos, piercings, jewellery, even styling your... lower regions (I apologize I am not familiar with what language is okay by reddit standards).
Another aspect is I find clothing to be slightly distracting, you always notice it and yeah, we are more used to them so it feels less, but if I am talking to a clothed person or looking at a video of that person talking, I will look at their clothes or if not, it will be there in the back of my head, with naked people, I keep eye contact, even in video, and no, it's not that I keep trying to do so, I don't go "don't look at their body! They are Naked! AH! MUST! KEEP! EYE! CONTACT!", nah, it all feels so much more effortless and natural.
But also, I DO look at peoples bodies but it is not when I am talking with them, but I don't stare, I don't have much experience with social nudity, but I think it is natural and personally I would be okay with other nudists looking at my body, all parts.
No part should be considered "dirty" or "private" and should be covered, and if uncovered, then it's indecent, or looking at some parts is being "a pervert", as long as one doesn't do so with malicious intent or makes other person uncomfortable.
Would looking at arms, legs, stomach, feet would be considered to be creepy or pervy?
What makes these different?
Even in case of feet, there are foot fetishists out there, so should we now consider feet as something "dirty, private"?
"He looked at my feet! What a perv!"
"We need to ban sandals, flipflops and showing bare feet in public, some people may find them sexy!"
"OH MY GOD! I was going with Timmy to see the new Avengers film, you know, the one where they fight Dr Doom and what do I see? Florence Pugh and Vanessa Kirby were barefoot in it! Have they no shame?"
Nudity isn't sexual, nude breasts, penises, butts, vaginas aren't sexual, really the part of the body that comes closest to be in any way sexual is the face, that isn't even always the case, but expressions, eye contact are what lead to arousal, then touch.
When I look at vaginas, penises, butts, breasts, I don't think of sex, I may appreciate their beauty, I may find that they have pretty shape or that someone's over all body is very pretty or beautiful.
All crushes I had, that were based on something physical, were based on her face.
That goes for regular crushes on people I know and celebrities.
Eyebrows seem to be my thing tbh.
On the reverse of that, I never had a crush on someone based on how their body looks or how her other body parts looked like.
I think that shows something, I don't know if I am in minority on this, or most boys and men get crushes on women based on their face or personality.
I am new to nudism, so I wanted to talk about this, unfortunately I have no one to talk to, but I think this is the only way to live.
Actually I do not like the term nudism or naturism (I know they are different things with some overlap, basically Vegan and Vegetarian thing, well sort off), clothes are not natural, dressing up to swim, is not natural, sleeping with clothes on, is not natural, feeling shame because of nudity is not natural.
I like clothes, if they are more practical, I could even go as far as to say that clothes should be normal in public, but at the same time laws should be relaxed, basically going around nude should be treated same way as walking around barefoot is (in other countries than USA), most don't do it, but if someone happens to, some may find it weird, but no one really cares.
Why not call those who insist on wearing clothes names?
Be it textiles? Clothesists? Dressists?
Seeing nude bodies and thinking about sex is weird.
Allowing violence in films, but thinking nudity is indecent, is weird.
Banning nipples on social media, is weird.
But what do you think?
I am new part of this community and part of why I joined is to ask these questions or share my point of view and get feedback, then discuss it further.
Do you agree with me?
If not, why am I wrong?
