Don’t mind the black stuff the product touched ash but it breaks off super easy and doesn’t melt under a lighter is this stuff even product or not cooked right?

New plug it doesn’t melt like normal stuff. Taste like normal product but does not melt like normal product doesn’t get wet when you put the flame to it. Anybody know what’s up with this?
