Community survey regarding content guidelines (Trans content)
As we continue to refine the rules for r/ItsHerAsshole and times change from the original sub that is now over 8 years old, we’ve noticed an increase in interest and posts regarding trans content. As a moderation team, our goal is to maintain a consistent standard for our subscribers.
We are currently considering whether to implement a policy regarding this category of content and would like to hear from the community:
- Should this content remain allowed as is? (Rules currently do not disallow it.)
- Should we move to a 'flair-only' system? (Users could filter it via the new 'Trans' tag.)
- Should we prohibit it entirely? (Update rules to focus the subreddit strictly on cisgender female content.)
Please keep the discussion civil. We are looking for constructive feedback on how you want the sub to look, not personal attacks. We are aiming for rule clarity above all else.
Thank you, everyone!
Regarding AI in this sub - Update to Rule 9: Total Ban on AI & Fake Content
Hey everyone,
Just a quick update regarding Rule 9 and why we are officially banning all AI-generated (including AI upscales á la FBI-enhance stuff, that doesn't fit quite right), altered, and fake content from the subreddit.
We previously didn't want anyone to post and profit from the wrong depicturing of models. On top of that, we've heard you loud and clear: overwhelmingly, you guys don't want AI here either. With the massive rise of AI, it has become incredibly difficult to tell what is real and what isn't. But more importantly: we cannot verify the age of models in AI fakes or random, unverified amateur photos. It's not about the artistical enhancement per se, but heavily because of the age verification.
With professional porn imagery, age verification is straightforward. With AI and fakes, it's a massive risk. We know the sub isn't always 100% clean, and the mod team fights daily to keep things in check. However, we now have women actively posting their own verified content here. To protect them, and to ensure everything on this sub is legal, consensual, and undeniably of-age, we have to draw a hard line against fakes.
To be crystal clear on what "altered" means here: digitally adding poop or any other scat elements to an image absolutely counts as faking/altering and is forbidden. If there's a dirty girl, well, then it's dirty. That's fine. It's natural.
Golden Rule: When we can't find the original image by any reverse image search, we can't verify the integrity of the image(s) and it will be removed.
To tie back into alterations: pure AI upscaling, even in the most sophisticated methods, is a no-go. We don't want AI hallucinating details that aren't actually there. If you need to resize or enhance an image, use standard, traditional upscaling methods or just stick to the original photography.
As moderation gets more serious these days (thanks reddit by the way, fuck reddit we doin' it free here as passion project), we just want to maintain a peaceful, safe place for us to share our love for assholes.
Keep it real, keep it high-quality, and please continue to use the report button if you spot any AI or fakes.
As the title says, we're currently discussing our stance on AI images and we want your input before we decide anything. Some posts lately include AI-altered or upscaled content. Rule 9 covers fake modifications to anatomy, but AI enhancement is a grey area we haven't addressed explicitly yet. Rather than just deciding for you, we want to know where you stand. Do you prefer original, unaltered source material? Are you okay with AI upscaling as long as it's not modifying anatomy? Does full AI generation cross a line for you? Please be honest! No opinion is wrong here. Your answers will directly shape how we update the rules. Thanks for participating.
If you feel unwell, please keep a message to one of our mods or directly my personal message.
Thank you for reading and participating.
