Hello everyone,

We are a couple (F and M) who are planning to start creating hypno-porn videos, and we have some questions about the legal and ethical boundaries regarding source material.

Our main question is: Is it legal to use someone else’s hypno-porn content in our own videos if we significantly edit it, add effects, enhance it, or otherwise transform it?

We’re also trying to understand how consent factors into this. My understanding is that many performers appearing in existing porn scenes may not have specifically consented to having their content repurposed into hypno-porn videos. Because of that, we want to make sure we stay within both legal and ethical limits.

Specifically, we would like to know:

●	Can we use footage from other creators’ hypno-porn videos if we add our own effects and edits?  
●	Can we take existing porn scenes and transform them into hypno-porn content by adding effects, captions, audio, or other enhancements?  
●	Do we need explicit permission or licensing from the copyright holder and/or performers?  
●	Are there sources of adult content where performers and rights holders have specifically   

consented to derivative works or reuse, and if so, where can we find them?

We want to make sure we respect both copyright laws and performer consent, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
