Am I silly ? (Size jump question)

Do not hesitate to reply with "yes, you are terminally silly, we should put you down", because the last thing I want is to end up with another awkward box of silicone I'll never use in my small shared room.

I'm thinking of getting XL Ranger next (second-hand, so it'll probably be in a while), I already have toys bigger than L Ranger & I'd like not to hilt my next toy so easily. I really want to re-experience that feeling when I took M Ranger's knot for the first time & made myself bleed, but I don't know if going up by 2 inches / 5 cm in circumference is possible with this size.

Is getting XL Ranger a good idea for me or is the size jump too silly ? Does it tie well enough to get that 'it's stuck, it'll hurt if I pull out' feeling ?

[EU] WTS Sapphire V2 'Flop'

Wanting to sell my defective (unusable vagina) Sapphire V2 'Flop' from Weredog. Used once & resulted in hurting myself, sanitised after the bad experience. Comes from a smoke-free, disease-free home but we have pet cats.

Selling from France via Paypal in-voice 'Good & Services', you may have to pay duties if you're outside of EU.

Colouration : Signature

Stated Flop reason : Small air bubbles on the base of the toy

Defects : Sharp zone on the bottom of the vagina (can be seen in the last pictures), there is also a second sharp zone on the top of the vagina that can be found approximately 7cm deep (couldn't be taken in picture due to the placement).

Amount originally paid : €133,86 (excluding duties)

Did anyone else experience this with Sapphire V2 from Weredog ?

I'm very bummed right now. I've spent nearly €200 on a 'Flop' Sapphire only to hurt myself with it because it's seemingly defective (the customer support told me that it's ordinary, but I think it would have been talked about right away if it was the case).

I inspected my Sapphire & the toy sheet to compare, I noticed that there were two sharp, uneven parts located in the vagina of my Sapphire that appeared to be 'popped'. They are thin & approximatively 6cm deep, I couldn't see them before opening the packaging. I contacted the customer support to see if I could get a refund, but they told me that the inside of my Sapphire was 'ordinary' compared to the other ones & that it couldn't be sharp as it was made with Extra-soft silicone..

So my broke arse is ending up with a dual-hole stroker that is only half-useable !! YAYY !! (I should have bought Mae instead.) :'D

But seriously, is the abnormally sharp edge thingie actually normal with Weredog penetrables ? There is no way I can be THAT unlucky.

EDIT : Good news ! The Operation Manager of Weredog looked into my issue & gave me a refund & a coupon compensation for the duties I paid. They also told me that my experience would be taken into account when checking the remaining Sapphire Flops (hopefully, no one else will meet the same issue as I). Thank you for testifying whenever you had the same issue or not in the meantime.

Questions regarding WTB / WTS sales

Buying secondhand toys was a big no from me until I saw how low the pricing was compared to buying new. But now that I consider making a WTB post, I'm starting to worry about 'too good to be true', the risk of being doxxed, receiving a dirty toy, etc. So I have some questions for those who already bought / sold a toy on this sub :

  • Did a buyer ever manage to get refunded by Paypal when the product did not correspond to what was advertised (such as receiving rubbish instead of the toy, or the toy but damaged / non-sanitarised like advertised) ?
  • Did someone ever get STD from buying secondhand toys here ? If yes, was it possible to sue the seller ?
  • If you pay with a Professional Paypal account, does the seller see the actual name of the buyer (besides the one put on the address) ?
  • Can a scammer take down your Paypal account by reporting you for trying to buy a sex toy (knowing how puritanical Paypal is) ?
  • How do mods handle bans here ? Do they collect personal info from scammers to catch them if they ever attempt to create another account to scam ?

If my questions seem 'anxiety-fuelled' to you, it is due to nearly being scammed by a 'legitimate' reseller in the past & having to fight to get my money back. I would like trolls to ignore this post instead of leaving unnecessary, rude replies. English isn't my first language, so let me know if something isn't clear.
