i hve an little problem when rukia was taken away in portal, i learn i need to see an cat at the "eastmall with the candy item but that dont showing the cat. can somebody explain me what the step for this quest, please ? or that just an bug from the recently update

hey, i have an problem i cant found the cat with the candy at the mall and other area. it's buged ? or they change te way of the quest, after rukia was getting away ? (im blocked on this quest like 20 minutes
