After her mother dies, thirty four year old Sana leaves India and takes a housekeeping job at an isolated luxury hotel deep in the mountains outside Denver. The hotel is beautiful in a suffocating way: endless snow, velvet hallways, fireplaces always burning, rich guests pretending not to notice the strange things happening around them.

Employees keep disappearing.

Nobody talks about it.

That’s where Sana meets Julian Hart.

Twenty nine. White. Son of the hotel owner. Always dressed in black coats and leather gloves like he stepped out of a funeral. He openly dislikes immigrants, mocks Sana’s accent during their first interaction, and treats the staff like property. Everyone in the hotel fears him, but nobody explains why.

Sana hates him instantly.

Then she accidentally witnesses Julian dragging a bloodied guest through a service hallway at 3 a.m.

He notices her watching.

Instead of threatening her, he quietly says, “You saw nothing,” and walks away.

After that, Julian becomes impossible to avoid. He starts assigning Sana personally to his floor. Leaving expensive gifts outside her room. Showing up whenever she’s alone. Their conversations turn into psychological games full of tension, cruelty, and fascination.

Sana slowly uncovers the truth: the hotel covers up crimes for wealthy clients, and Julian has spent years helping bury bodies, scandals, and people.

The terrifying part is that Julian seems gentler with her than anyone else.

The romance spirals into obsession inside a snowed-in hotel where every hallway feels haunted, every touch feels dangerous, and Sana can’t decide whether Julian wants to protect her… or eventually destroy her too.
