I placed two orders and was sent only one order. I can’t seem to reach anybody. last time I was finally able to get them, but I am getting nervous if it does not ship soon. any ideas?

anybody have a way to reach them besides email? ordered June 25th and never received order. I have been emailing and don’t seem to get a response? just trying to figure out what is going on! I don’t see a phone number or any other contact information. I have never had an order take this long they are amazing at shipping 1-2 days.
