I remember that it was in color, and if I’m not mistaken, the story was about a boy who was so obsessed with another boy that he seemed almost crazy. I remember that the obsessed character had a face similar to that of the female protagonist from the anime Komi Can’t Communicate. I also remember that the boy he was in love with wanted nothing to do with him because he wasn’t interested in homosexual relationships. Even so, the obsessed boy would do anything for him, sometimes behaving like a crazy person.

I also remember that it had some fairly explicit intimate scenes. I think it was intended for an 18+ audience.
