Politically this worked wonderfully, giving the ordinary people something to hope for and a common enemy in the people who “abuse” the ticket.

It is the year 2097, the first permanent moonbase has been established for a few years now, prosthetics and body augmentation are as advanced as ever and modern computers seamlessly interface directly with the human brain. However, despite great scientific advancements, the social order could not keep up. Private companies monopolized important technologies. Advancements in automation and artificial intelligence leaf to mass unemployment, which in turn lead to the flourishing of exploitative work, barely allowing people to survive while being worked to the bone. During the 2050s therefore conditions were ripe for a large-scale revolution. The political and economic elite invented a plan to pacify the masses.

In place of any systemic concessions, they created the “Ticket to ultimate Freedom” . A system by which a small number of randomly assigned people would be given the legal right to do literally whatever they wanted. They can and do kill, rape, torture and enslave whomever they please.

Politically this worked wonderfully, giving the ordinary people something to hope for and a common enemy in the people who “abuse” the ticket.

The year is 2057 and after delaying, stalling and doing nothing for 30 years the end of humanity is at our doorstep. But not to worry. A genius world government has the ideal solution for this. Less people. The logic is flawless. People need things and making things produces Carbon Dioxide. So if we have less people, we need to make less things. Easy. So how do we get "less people". Well killing at random would be genocide and purge rules would need to be repeated again and again in addition to disrupting the economy. And once again there is a genius solution by our world government: A random lottery selecting 1000 people worldwide. For most people life continues relatively normally, however whenever someone interacts with one of these winners they lose all rights. And I mean all of them. Right to bodily autonomy? gone. Right to a free life? gone. Right to life in general? gone. You know how even animals are protected by certain rights? Well you don't even get these. And even worse. When asked/ordered to, you are expected and required to help them. Some people are quite happy to oblige, some just accept it and some hate it.

 

But there is hope. Maybe whoever wins this lottery is a good person that wants to make the world a better place. With that being said in this rp I'd love to play a sadistic, inconsiderate asshole, that uses his newfound powers exclusively for his own amusement and to kill, rape and ruin the lives of, others. And, if you are interested I'd like you to play one or more of the unfortunate souls meeting me. I’d prefer that the victims be predominantly feminine and I prefer to rp using reddit chat.

This prompt is completely ridiculous, and I'd like us both to be aware of that. So while I'd like to avoid some blatantly unrealistic things like revival or magic, some of the logistical problems can be overlooked.
