Can I remove my profile from an entertainment search engine that automatically scrapes data?
I just learned that my profile from Scarlet Blue is available on something called Hot.com which is an “entertainment search engine that automatically scrapes data”.
Although this site copied my bio and pics, unfortunately it didn’t include rates, which means I’m now fielding messages from a different type of clientele than that which I’m aiming for.
According to the site’s own help topics, the only way I can have it removed is by first removing the original source, which is not something I want to do.
Do any other workers have tips about how to deal with this type of situation?
