Have you guys heard of Co-tramol? Well for good reason probably it’s a drug that is codein and tramadol in one pill, I forget the strength of them but it’s pretty hefty and when I was taking them they would mess u up bad.
Anyways I noticed it basically has no results for it online even when I look it up on Thai? Is this even a real marketed product or some weird thing that some factory in Cambodia makes for wtv reason

Anyone has/ have had it before? What makes it so dangerous compared to benzos or other sedatives
