It feels full. you look down, watching in awe as your stomach distends. It gradually swells, and you can feel the stirrings of new life within you. This is how to increase your population!

My femboy best friend went missing a few weeks ago. the police gave up, his parents gave up, and so did everyone else. But I didn't. It took all my time and ingenuity, but I finally tracked him down to a small cave i the nearby forest, late in the afternoon. He seems to be okay, but he appears to be some kind of important figure for this small group of culty weirdoes.
But, when I manage to spy on a ritual that night, he's kneeling on a strange stone altar. one of the other cultists pours a small amount of glowing liquid down his throat. and I watch in shock as my friend leans back, panting heavily, as his belly begins to swell! That drink just... Did it just make him PREGNANT!?
