4 years of PE and still basically no girth gains — what am I missing?
I started PE in 2022 and was pretty on/off for the first few years. This summer I finally decided to stay consistent for 3 months and track everything.
I trained around 3–5 days a week with a few deload weeks. My main routine was about 1.5–2 hours of weighted extending at ~9 lb, plus 30 minutes of interval pumping at around 29 kPa, and about 15 minutes of clamping. I ended up logging roughly 92 hours of extending and 28 hours of pumping.
My stretched length did improve, so I’m not really worried about length. My problem is girth. My MSEG has basically stayed around 12.5–13 cm since I first started PE in 2022, and after this whole summer it was still 13 cm (I have gained 0.75 inches in length since 2022).
I’ve tried pumping, clamping between sets, BFR massage, and using a cock ring/soft retention afterward. I’m now considering focusing almost entirely on girth for a while.
I’ve included two images below showing my before-and-after measurements and my tracked PE work from this summer.
For people who struggled to gain girth and eventually figured it out, what actually worked for you? Would you change the volume, frequency, pumping style, clamping, feeder sets, recovery, or something else?
