Went to a nude beach for the 2nd time yesterday. It definitely helps with confidence.

Trying everyday to be confident with my body. Yeah, I’m not perfect but most of us aren’t. Being proud is the secret to confidence. It’s hard not to compare yourself to others in this day and age.
