Well, I finally observed a true, unequivocal "creep" on the beach this past Sunday. A relentless young fella was just constantly walking up and down the beach, specifically weaving between various people's setups and approaching (mostly) girls repeatedly. The extent to which this guy was brazenly checking people out and insinuating himself into other's parties was just... relentless.

I don't generally notice this kind of behavior, and I'm normally doubtful about judging someone's intent, but this guy was very, very obvious and intrusive. I was almost ready to get up and ask someone if they felt the same way and would support me calling the rangers. If I saw this particular individual again, I would.
