Our story takes place in a modern world where anthros are not only normal but are the dominant species in a society shared by a variety of humanoids. Your character is an older best man who is the wealthy head of a company who has recently taken on a young intern/personal assistant; a human girl called maisie. Aside from being quite a small girl, maisie is quiet, clumsy, and absentminded. When the beast man sees maisie, he sees a girl in sore need of the stability and discipline provided by a firm paternal hand. A role that he is most decidedly old enough, large enough and dominant enough to fulfill. Being a man of means, particular tastes, strong will, and a long-standing desire to have a little girl of his own, the wealthy beast man promptly decides to take maisie under his wing and train her to be the proper, pretty, obedient daughter she should.

In a society dominated by beast people, maisie is a personal assistant to a rather affluent beast man who's old enough to be her father and, in fact, is planning to become just that.
