[Discussion] I am confused by PBP and Discord servers

Hey everyone, long-term roleplayer, short-term erotic roleplayer here with just a few questions and I didn’t want to make multiple posts for two (somewhat) simple questions.

First, I am assuming that PBP is play by post but how does that work in a group setting? Does the GM reply to each person individually, or do they wait for everyone to reply before they post with everyone’s input in mind?

Second, I have been looking at erotic roleplay servers on Disboard, and I’m not sure which one to join. They all seem so overwhelming when all I want to do is make some new friends through some lewd TTRPG. So has anyone tried one of these servers before, and do you have any recommendations?

You are a trained assassin tasked with taking down a monster terrorizing a neighbouring village. The job proved simple enough: track down the beast, most likely a werewolf, following the trail of death and destruction.
