L Scrotal Plasty?

Anyone here get this surgery? I have a webbing going up (nearly) all the way up underside shat very close to inner skin (maybe .25 or .5 inch serperate from inner skin).

I was thinking maybe I could fully restore foreskin by targeting that small space and shifting the scrotum back down but that's a challenge/ not guaranteed? Also the webbing does get caught in the gripper, I am not sure if that's hindering the restoring process? I think even though I do need more skin overall it would be nice to create a separation too.

Anyone here have a similar surgery? Did you have good results or no? Did anyone here have a similar situation regarding webbing but opted to restore and have it shift down fully? Did anyone have a bad or good experience?

I am curious to hear anyone's story or opinion on this. I am scheduled for this surgery but big scary, looking at videos it is very brutal looking (probably not as bad as it looks). I kind of wonder if I am making right choice (I do think I am but also curious about crowd wisdom) Wish me luck peeps

Inner skin break or mucosal lining?

Not sure if the mucosal lining is coming back or if I went too hard via too high tension? Basically I was using the tensioner on the dtr device kind of was painful then stopped hurting after a couple sessions (of which my topside inner skin seem to be the bottleneck). After that it was redish/ pikish depending on the lighting. So I stopped all tugging four about 9 days now still pinkish not as sticky but wondering if that is the skin recovering or if that is just mucosal (a normal part of the process)

Inner skin restoration via car1- how to know when to break?

Basically I am using the car1 to target inner skin more. The skin initially gets red then when I take off the device for a few hours it goes back to being pink. It does seem like I form new tissue but not quite like the older inner skin that is dry this is pink/ sticky. Does this sound like healthy mitosis or a sign that I am putting too much tension? Should I take a break or keep going

Anyone wear dtr while sleeping?

Basically I am at a point where I can use the smaller rod chucks dtr device, I can also wear it for 6- 8 hours without any discomfort, I do also get erections with it on and haven't had it slip off or cause any discomfort via pinch etc. I want to put more hours in during sleep, for me I don't really see the big deal.

5mg vs 10mg Cialis

Hink convinced me to get like Cialis I've heard so many benefits from it such as increased gains in the gym, PE protection, endothelial health, or lowering blood pressure. The most common dose that is recommended for daily use is 5mg which is also what dose most research studies are chosen to use. I was wondering if there was a big difference between 10mg and 5mg?? Has anyone had experience with different dosages? Is there any hypothetical from one dose to another?

What is a good way to determine the right pressure for you?

I think this has been my biggest hurdle to pumping seems like I get discoloring from using too much pressure but when I go to lower pressures I am worried it's not enough or that I need to condition to higher pressures? Although there really isn't a way to determine the right pressure unless you have dots at the end of the session. Although now I do have a bit of discoloration so hard to tell if I am getting these dots or not.

I've been debating if I should go to lower a pressure. Or do a routine with more extended warms up to handle mid range pressure. When I sized up cyclinders it also seemed like I had to go to a lower pressure and recondition everything again.
