I’m sure this gets asked all the time. I see a lot of different answers but most are dated. Asking this question here for your latest thoughts.

My friend is traveling to the Caribbean this summer. If they bring back 10 sticks to the US, what are the odds of each scenario?:

1. Nothing
2. They get confiscated (probably use the excuse ‘I thought Obama made it legal to bring back for personal use’
3. They get charged and jailed
