Hey everyone! Wanted to share a project I've been solo-developing.

The idea came to me because I was tired of the same classic games with few choices, little replayability, and predictable endings: I wanted something modular, scalable, and that could guarantee (at least in the current development stage) a good 8-10 hours of gameplay before becoming truly monotonous and repetitive. The game features over a thousand images, accompanying sex sounds (I'd say necessary in the right scenes😉), and a system of events, triggers, and flags that make the user experience unpredictable yet manageable.

Long story short, it completely got out of hand. What was supposed to be a basic prototype for personal use, evolved into Bologna Desires, a text-based, recursive open-world visual novel.

It's a pure passion project (from costumer to costumer) with zero commercial fluff, heavily focused on sharp writing, biting dialogues, hot NSFW images and sounds and the themes of netorare, cheating, voyeurism, humiliation and cuckolding.

I'd love to hear your thoughts, especially on the idea of an "infinite loop" gameplay style where you can be the cuck, the bull, the good guy or a predator, betray and be betrayed, in a world where your choices and actions influence possibilities and dialogues with other characters in the story. I was tired of those standard visual novels with just two or three predictable endings—the kind where you run through a couple of choices to see the alternate branches, play another couple of hours and then unistall the game because you've already seen everything...

So I built Bologna Desires—a text-based adult simulation where the world adapts to your relationship's decay and your choises as player. You can cheat but also be cucked: it's all up to you!

You play as a 23-year-old student living in a damp apartment with his girlfriend, Rei. She’s deeply frustrated, and Carlos—a dominant Spanish Erasmus student—is ready to fill the void.

Key Features:

• No Forced Role: Your role isn't fixed. The recursive loop tracks your choices, allowing you to swing from a submissive voyeur to an assertive alpha or vice versa. Every climax or public humiliation is just another point that alters how characters treat you the next day.
• Unpredictable, Event-Driven Locations: Exploring the campus, gym, or local bars isn’t static. Every location features procedural events; some are triggered directly by your actions, while others happen completely independent of you to keep things volatile and tense.
• Multiple Romance Arcs: Beyond trying to salvage or surrender your relationship with Rei, there are currently two other romanceable characters with deep, psychological routes.
• Psychological Stats: Track metrics like Rei's Frustration and your Cuck Level. High levels actively shift your character's mental state, changing the HUD, notes, and chat tones.
• Time Management: 4 daily phases (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night) to explore campus, spy, or try to salvage your sanity.

The game is text-focused with A LOT of nsfw art and images, heavy on psychological tension, and features an interactive sex engine driven by your stamina and performance.
