Now just imagine if this wasn't a misgendering and she really was boy and who knows maybe this could alter Okayado entire writing style with the rest of the series.

Would that be too much to ask for? You see every male monster we've seen have been more so monster men. What could be so wrong with having some monster boys with all these monster girls? Especially with the declining populations issue going on there.
