Anything is ok but these are the rules I have

If it’s daylight no fully exposed but having the diaper showing a little is ok
Pants belted a little low to show it or like a tight shirt that does not go all the way down

Night time anything goes that’s not nude so technically you could choose for him to go out wearing only a diaper and a pacy also choose the type of place if you want some works are open untill 2am near me
