The stand takes over a person in set group and infected person has to either has to kill the next person they find kill the next person they find or make them join them and make new group member kill the next person they find after if theres anyone else nearby, if no ones around first person has to be killed.
Infected user makes other group member kill them and if other person refuses they must die too. If set group tries to kill them, stand transfers to the next cycle keeps going. The same applies as trying to restrain infected one, the stand transfers and infects a new person, so its an endless cycle of group either having to kill set infected or infected kills set group members.
The stand needs at least a group of 3 to start off with and someone close by to make join the group or kill.
If theese requirements arent the the stand is rendered useless, but in specific setting the stands requirements are met the endless killing is an almost impossible stand to defeat if there isnt an outsider with an extremly strong stand in the area.
Set stand user has a distance ranging from 1-1,5km away from theyre stand.
