Looking for and old LOTR RPS fic called "Electrical Storm " by Siochan aka Siobadio aka Irene McGinn. It is RPS, OB/VM, m/m. There is 10 books, an Introduction, a Prologue and an Interlude. The Introduction was posted on FFN around October 2003. It was also posted on her Live Journal in its entirety, but her LJ has been deleted. Any assistance will be gratefully accepted.
