Best ways to get sleep without Benzos/antipsychotics?
I often find myself in a situation where I’m kept awake by the stimulants, but really need to sleep or else I won’t function. I have no access to benzodiazepines or antipsychotics. Only supplements like Magnesium and also Ashwagandha.
What are your simple, natural methods to get sleeping when you can’t do it the easy way and to what extent do they actually work?
