If this doesn't fit community post I will remove it but just needed to share/vent/ask for advice.

I'm new to the dynamics and all, but past the sub frenzy. As I explore and talk with some locals in the community I have found out that my father has been a pillar to the local community for like 30+ years.

Apparently he has been doing security for events and a well known Dom. And I get it, our parents are people too and he has and had a life outside being a parent. But it's still a little, not weird, but interesting? I don't know if I can find the words for it.

To further complicate things we both share the same name. So it's difficult for me to separate myself from my father and his "legacy"

So should I approach him and talk about it?

Ignore it till someone brings it up to him that his son is a sub or run into him at an event?

Just move to a new country change my name and go to munches there? Thank you for your input and hopefully also jokes to help me get through this discovery.

Just a random late night thought. I'm going to school to help teach blind people how to interact with the world.its given me a profound understanding of the space around me. I have been learning to cook and well live blindfolded. So that I can better teach. (If that is interesting to you wouldn't mind answering questions about that).

So in my bratty mind, I imagine being blindfolded by a domme who doesn't know my schooling/work and being made to do tasks, and then succeeding where I was meant to fail. And being a bit coky but not overtly bratty but enough to get under the skin.

Was wondering how the dominants here would respond

And/or to get some good blindfold stories.
