I have done shroomsa handful of times but it has been years. I plan on maybe doing some tonight. One thing i always noticed about shrooms was the come up wouldnt either make me nauseous or just make my stomach hurt in general. I would always eat right beforehand so im not sure if that’s why. But it also doesn’t seem ideal to take them on an empty stomach. Should i eat, wait about an hour, and then take them? Or should i take them first and then eat? Lmk what you do
