im coming off of addys..i think 30mg x5 which is wayyy less than I usuaally take. Trying to cut back. gone a good 35 hours without a dose. trying to sleep cause im TIRED.
I usually get sleep paralysis, since before I even tried adderall. But this is.. like, weirrd. Different. I really wanna know if anyone else experiences this ,??
I fall asleep for what has to be like 45 seconds at a time. I experience a weird dream, different scenario each time, very very vivid, with sensations like im being touched by something, i hear weird metallic noise that are honestly a bit terrifying, and then i jolt awake and look at my wall. Im still too tired to do anything but be awake for a second, so then I fall back asleep, and rinse and repeat. New dream, new sensations, new noises, & my body feels weirdddd. This just happened to me SIX times in a row, within the span of idfk If i had to guess, 15 minutes??
This is a bit different than my usual sleep paralysis, which is similar but usually only happens once, and I'm asleep for a atleast an hour before it happens.
Idk. It's freaky. Why does this happen lol
