Seeking a particular asylum scene

Looking for a scene at least 10 years old now, maybe a lot older...

Opens on a brunette woman in a white rubber room, deranged and possessed. I think I remember her having an Eastern European accent. Pans to a guy in a straight jacket and one of those Hannibal Lecter masks on the floor, not wearing any pants, and hard. She pounces on him, starts sucking him off, then rides the hell out of him until his arms get free and he fucks her... Anyone got any leads?
