I do not have ADHD, this is 100% recreationally.

Due to this being the first time ill take it, I wanted to ask about dosage and general things to be prepared for (e.g. heart racing) as well as harm reduction.

I am roughly 53kg / 120 lbs and plan on taking 60mg (2x 30mg pills)

The only other stimulant Ive ever done is adderall, which is hated.

I am relatively experienced with drugs, just not with stims.
