Idk how to articulate it but like when I do lyrica (usually 300-450 mg once every few weeks so I never have tolerance) I always get an almost MDMA-like sensation of profoundness and sentimentality, life just feels like profound I can’t even word it more than that lmao

For me regardless of the stim (coke, dextroamphetamine, meth, etc), the part that I consider being “high” is only like the first half of the total duration. For example meth (20 mg ish, oral) would get me “high” for 5 hours tops, the rest is just residual stimulation/not being able to sleep, zero euphoria. Redosing does nothing at that point it’s like for me the high is all about the novelty factor, it’s not being stimulated itself that feels good it’s more like going to stimulated from sober feels good… kind of like once you’ve been up for so long it’s just your new baseline and doesn’t feel “good” or euphoric.
Do you guys feel differently? Like if you’re binging amphetamines for days are you actually euphoric the whole time or just chasing the first part? Genuinely curious
