Nudists who drive Teslas onto nudist resort grounds: how long do you keep the footage that your car filmed? Do you disable the cameras? Delete it immediately?
I’m going to a 5k at Star Ranch in October and I had talked to someone who drove a Tesla to the last 5k at Star Ranch and he said he waits until he gets home to delete the footage of the nudist resort and attendees that his Tesla had filmed. Trying to gauge how other people who drive cars with cameras handle the footage they’ve recorded at nudist resorts.
To clarify: I think it’s wrong that people bring their surveillance cars into a sanctuary space designed to be camera free
Also: because I used the specific name of this specific surveillance car this post will be inundated by bots and/or Tesla bros here to defend themselves.
For the Tesla bootlickers: you say your car’s camera only starts recording if someone gets within 10 feet of the car but the camera will record a distance further than 10 feet, so if some pervert wanted to film some kids 40 feet away he could just hang out near his Tesla and trigger that camera. This is the reality and threat that these surveillance cars pose.
