My guide for longevity with amphetamines.

I'll start this by acknowledging I am not an expert, just a guy who has been using stimulants for 8 years and meth for 5 years. I have spent years researching the topic, and have compiled all that i have learned. I also want to say please look up any potential interactions with the supplements mentioned with what medications you take, or health conditions you have.

The three most important things I have learned, are sleep, time off, and caloric intake. Those are key to longevity. This isn't anything new, just something that isn't stressed enough. I am going to recommend supplements and diet modifications as well.

For sleep, you should be aiming for 6-8 hours a night, with 4 hours being the minimum. Sleep is how our mind heals and resets, without it we cannot function. Just 4 hours of sleep can stop sleep deprivation psychosis, replenish some dopamine, and remove brain fog.

Time off is key to allowing our tolerance to reset and our dopamine to recover. From my research and personal experience 5-7 days is enough to bring down tolerance. Not completely reset but enough to feel some euphoria again.

Caloric intake you should be aiming for the exact amount you burn, so you don't lose or gain weight. Diet is important for productivity and longevity. Incorporating high protein meals and leafy greens. Protein allows us to build dopamine, leafy greens are high in nitric oxide which is a natural vasodilator. That is important to combat vasoconstriction. The nutrients and minerals will help with that sickly appearance from long term abuse.

Now to the supplements i recommend for amphetamine use. A men's or women's once daily multivitamin, CoQ10, magnesium, L-Tyrosine, and NAC.

The multivitamin will make up what the diet doesn't. CoQ10 and Magnesium are vasodilators which is combat vasoconstriction and help blood circulation.

L-Tyrosine is a dopamine precursor and helps build what you've burned up. NAC reduces the neurotoxicity of amphetamines, and regulates glutamate. Note it will dampen euphoria so should be taken after a binge, or before if you're okay with less euphoria.

Now for appearance and hygiene. Collagen and biotin are depleted. This makes our hair, skin, and nails unhealthy. They have collagen and biotin supplements paired together.

For teeth you should be brushing at the minimum of twice, and consuming at least 2-3 liters of water a day. This helps with dry mouth causing dental decay.

I also suggest regardless of gender to have a skin care routine in the morning, even a simple one. I personally wash my face in the morning, and after apply a hydrating cream with ceramides. Then wash my face before bed. Showering at least daily can remove any ammonia smell or other unpleasant odor.

I am aware a lot of this seems self explanatory, but is important to reiterate. I am not breaking new ground, but wanted to compile everything for anyone new or experiencing an issue. Thank you for reading this far, and feel free to ask any questions.
