Stopped restricting certain food groups and stopped counting calories. Stopped shaving and started lifting heavy at the gym- so much happier as a result! The scale doesn't matter if what you see in the mirror is to your liking.

Unrelated but I'd greatly benefit from a deep tissue massage...
