now that the swelling has gone down, i have a 3cm penis like pre operation... i did a special technique to have more length, but nothing came out. the surgeon told me that in second stage he will try give me some more length. i hope so. urethral lengthening has problems too: i have a fistula and this causes me incontinence, so i wear a pad at work. we will fix it in second stage (when ill have balls and it will be positioned higher). can't wait.
