Do your Hourglass or "detached" penis feeling gets worse after eating grassy foods?

Just that. Go eat some shitt* fast food and then see if your symptoms get worse the same day, the nexy day or even 2 days later when you sh*t that food.

Report your experience. Mine? It gets terrible after grassy food.

Do you have any kind of compulsive behavior?

I will start. I am addicted to sex streamings. Well, not sure if addicting but definitely is compulsive behavior. To me started during pandemics.

Everytime I open those apps i feel a rush of blood in my body, high pressure, shaking and also i feel my pelvic floor becoming really tight. Actually i can have almost normal erections but no when i am using those apps, if I try to get an erection while using those apps i will get an hour glass. It doesn't matter if I am free of them for 3 months, the moment I open them the symptoms got worse.

I have poor posture, dissinergic defecation, SIBO/disbiosis caused by this tight pelvic floor muscles but all those were developed after or are just reinforces, to me the culprit is clear: this compulsive behavior.

Am I the only one of any of you also have something like this?

Have you taken a calprotectin test? What was your score?

The calprotectin test or lactoferrin in stool test is a simple stool test that indicates if there is inflammation in your digestive system (if its closer to the rectum/colon will definitely appear in the test).

Why I am asking this? This test is used usually sent for people with IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) but in some cases people with dysbiosis or other gut/rectum conditions can score somewhat high.

So, seeing that many of us also have gut/motility issues which appeared at the same time that HF, I think it could be a good indicative. Of what? Not sure. The hypogastric nerves go down literally through the wall of the colon/rectum all that are is really connected, maybe a injury was the trigger and then the inflammation keeps the nerve under this guarding state, not idea.

In my case I have a moderate high calprotectin.
