February 7th to today. Went shopping over the weekend and was shocked I had to keep downsizing because my weight has been stagnant between 149-155 depending on where I am in a fast, if I went to the potty yet. I’m glad to see some fat loss, although I’m not where I want to be yet.

I meal prep protein focused meals for when I am not fasted, and cut back significantly on eating out/drinking. When I do eat out it’s always chicken salad or general Tso’s tofu. I work out every day, squats, pushups, planks. Fasted or not fasted. I hit the gym but inconsistently due to me work schedule and how much my job drains me.

Currently on day 3 of 30 days zero alcohol, let my body focus on fat loss instead of processing alcohol. Which is hard for me as I socialize quite a bit and am a bartender who makes money off drinking with customers so I’ll have to fake it at work and only have seltzer when I go out buuuut I know it will help me finally get down to 140. I may even do 60 days no alcohol. My tolerance is gonna be shit when I start back up 😂

Fasting is amazing and helped me get from 170 to where I am now, but I want to be back at 130!
