It was years at this point when the laws were signed. Demi Humans were no longer to be hunted, abused, and treated as less than human. They were given the same rights as everyone else, elevating them from slaves and pets to the position of every other race. Of course, this hasnt been a seemless transition. Parts of the world resisted the change initially, requiring much intervention and sometimes violent uprisings to enforce. But even after that, there was still clear division among the world.
Needless to say, in the modern world, times are still tough. Inequality, poverty, and hate crimes continue to plague the community, and there are very few willing to reach out a hand to help. And even less willing to punish crimes done against them. Many are raped, many go missing, most women, and its created the stereotype Demi humans are all just an easy fuck.
A sentiment, that I despised. I was more privileged than my kin, admittedly. Born to a more well off family, raised in a friendly nieghborhood, and very involved in the local queer community, one of the few places that would accept me for who I was.
But thats where you come in. Whatever your circumstances are, no matter your age, you have grown to hate the Demi Humans who walk among you. It could be you preferred the old days where the whole race was nothing but subservient slaves. It could be that you lost out on a promotion, or a job, but no matter what, any reason is a good reason in your mind.
And who better to take it out on. . . then the cute little dog girl whose become so popular lately. All Demi Humans were an easy fuck, afterall. Whats the worst that I could do?
