That word is overused in my opinion, but I think it might be the best descriptor for how this went.

For Black History Month, u/GoddessandMenaceGaia offered to write poetry as a fundraiser. I asked her to write something for me about coming to realizations later in life.
Gaia is keenly observant of human nature, and we have called each other friend for some time now. When she sent me the poem, I realized Gaia sees me in a way few others have. She put into words something I hadn't articulated for myself yet. I recorded it so that you can find something in it for yourself, too.
