I just got removed from your page for congratulating staff and offering your help I imagine this would be taken down but maybe somebody will see it and management before it does
When you complain about something like this, you never really know whether you’re even speaking to the person responsible, but I still want to ask the question:
Why should I bother coming back?
Your numbers are dwindling by the day. From the outside, it looks like a business in slow decline. Having been around on and off for eight years, you start to notice patterns — the seasonal dips getting worse, the recoveries getting weaker, and the “good periods” no longer reaching what they used to.
What I genuinely don’t understand is this:
I sent a congratulatory message thanking staff for letting us come up and look for my phone — one of the few genuinely positive customer service experiences lately — and that gets taken down.
Then I offer free business help from two qualified people: one with a business diploma and one with a bachelor’s degree in business. Professional people offering practical advice for free, because we could clearly see basic operational issues that are hurting the business.
That gets taken down too.
We’re talking about simple business fundamentals here — the kind of things that could realistically improve profits by 25–30% without major cost or effort. It honestly would have taken half an hour over a coffee to explain properly, and the offer was genuine. Ongoing help with books, systems, promotion, or general advice if needed.
Instead, it gets dismissed.
One of the biggest problems I can see is that you’re not promoting your own wins. Someone sends positive feedback about your staff doing the right thing — exactly the kind of thing businesses should highlight — and it gets removed instead of celebrated.
That makes no sense to me.
A positive customer interaction gets taken down.
An offer of free professional help gets taken down.
At some point you have to ask whether the business actually wants to improve or whether it’s just shutting down anything constructive automatically.
