Best Theras: Freelancers

Alright, dahil paparating nanaman ang end of week, lets now talk about the freelancers. Marami, pero who are the best of the best? And how do you know the difference?

Freelancers aka solo providers, aka formerly/ not affiliated with any spa / MP and now operating on their own hours and rates without handlers.

They are usually outcall only pero merong mga freelancers with their own place din. So with that in mind, who are your favorites?

Again, same rules as before, comment your favorite down below, kung pwede 1 one comment = 1 freelancer para madaling ma upvote.

P.S.
Would you also want a post on those with handlers? There's a special few na hindi technically falling under Spas & eSpas (ex. An VIP) let me know

Best Theras : Spas + eSpas

Mukhang di ko na kailangan patagalin pa, the top polls are requesting we ask the community. Who are your favorite (active) theras? Take note this is just for ATW.

WHO counts as theras? If they are currently working in an incall spa (eg chiba, daje etc) or eSpas like Hoshiro or TVS/ Sovereign

There will be separate voting for freelancers / non affiliated PSPs, may separate post din for theras na spaks only. And even newbies so you can vouch for.

I won’t add this as a poll but if you can see here, i added a new flair for Recommendations.

Lahat ng Best of ilalagay ko na, all you need to do is comment your favorite theras, and if they’re already on the list, upvote!

Since some mods are also GMs we do have our votes as well.

Rules: You can comment why you voted to support your bias. So ano pang hinihintay nyo?

Hello andito nanaman ako uli with a topic na usap usapan pagdating sa deals: how to actually wheel and deal.

Sa dami ng mga nagiinquire at mga nagddecide, many situations come up na someone flakes, someone ghosts, or straight up delays replies. From both parties.

So how do we ensure that both sides get what they’re after? What’s a reasonable reply time? How much time should a psp give bilang palugid before they decide to block / pass on the gm.

Life can be busy, GMs have dayjobs (sometimes girlfriends, families wink wink) and that stops them from the transaction going through smoothly. And PSPs also have to not just manage inquiries, they have to perform the service at set times, ensure their schedule has enough business they can manage, but also find time to decompress before dealing with their own day to day life.

For me, my schedule is a mix of sudden meetings, shifting timezones and a whole lot of last minute deadlines. So im thankful for flexibility whenever i do find the time. Not to mention minsan hirap ako magdecide. Sorry for keeping you waiting kung sino man kayo but still managed to find time.

Going back sa tanong, what is reasonable for you?

  1. If you dont hear back in 24 hours, block / bura?

  2. Do you pass/ play and leave it at that without telling people why?

  3. Do you delete on your side only sa tg vs deleting for both (what if di nila nabasa yung message?)

Daming nasabi haha kayo naman
