Struggling with two opposite extremes! Do I let myself go, pile on the pounds as a feedee or do I lose weight and get as thin as I can?? Someone help me decide, they both sound so good to me

I really want to lose weight but I struggle with the ins and outs/best methods. I need someone who can direct (force, tehe) me into getting slimmer!!
