Sexual health screening for some anonymous fun

I'm feeling a bit adventurous and want to set up a freaky weekend-long romp, and I want it to be total strangers with no strings attached. So everyone involved would have to be screened, naturally.

Should I simply request that invitees simply go to a medical lab and request for the full works? Would the labs know what to include? Would that list of tests be sufficient and exhaustive? Or should I specify what should be done, to remove ambiguity?

If I have to specify, what should go on that list (you can mention it, no matter how obvious it may seem)?

I've never done this before so, as the 'host', any additional tips and guides would be welcome.
